Hi, I’m Britoni Jordan, founder of BNJ HR Consulting, where I help businesses navigate the world of human resources so they can focus on what matters most—growing their teams and their business.
With years of experience in HR leadership, I’ve learned that the right HR strategies can transform a workplace—improving employee engagement, reducing turnover, and creating a positive company culture. Client Success
My husband and I bought an independent paint store in Abilene, TX in July 2003. I
needed to update the employee handbook and had no idea where to start. After putting
bits and pieces into a document and becoming frustrated over the process I reached out
to Britoni to see if she could guide me on what I needed in the document. She told me
to send her the document and she would review it. I sent it to her and approximately a
week later I had it back with legal wording that was needed and a cleaned-up version of
what I had sent her. I was so appreciative because if she had not helped and given her
expertise, I probably would still be struggling to get it finished. Britoni was a God sent.
